This service delivers results that look natural, multi-dimensional, and effortless, lasting 3-6 months. The longevity depends on the darkness of your natural colour and how much light you want to add.

Pricing varies per artist and the amount of work involved to get your desired result. It can range from $350 to $700, not including the cost of colour, roughly an additional $35 to $50.

Timing 3.5 hours to 5.5 hours.

What is involved: We frame your face, brighten your ends and blend your roots. This is the most technical service, with the most components. The artist decides on the weave size and placement, which is determined by the look you desire and the quantity of hair.

Techniques commonly used: Weaving, slicing, baby lights, tipping out, backcombing, adding additional dimensional colour, root smudge, mid-tone blend, and all-over global tone for all the hair to blend.

Lived in Look Maintenance

This maintenance service combines the ‘money piece’ and the face-framing highlights to lighten your look between services. This is recommended for clients who want to keep our signature Lived in Look fresh and bright. This appointment is for refreshing your colour up to three months after a lived-in look.

Pricing varies per artist and how much product is used. It can range from $220 to $345, not including the colour cost, an additional $10 to $30.

Timing 2.45 hours to 3 hours

What is involved: Bringing the money piece back to the new growth, connecting the face-framing to the money piece, and adding some soft foiling on top to blend the roots. This is done by backcombing and/or smudging the root.

Balayage: ‘Pretty hand-painted pieces’

This is a more sun-kissed look. You should only request this service if you love warmth. This is a free hand-painted technique, meaning no foils are required. This service offers a more natural look and is designed to complement your current hair colour by lifting up to 3 levels. It leaves you with a warm sunkissed effect. Blended for a soft grow-out and low-maintenance look, this techniques results are best on virgin hair or previously lightened hair.

Timing: 2 hours to 3 hours.

What is involved: Surface painting of enlightener on big sections. The enlightener does not penetrate through the entire hair shaft; it sits on top of the hair, if you will.

Elevated Foils are “better than the old school foiling.”

This service is a customized highlight from nape to face-framing; we've got you covered! This service creates more contrast, as a balayage and tipping out are not included. This service consists of a custom root tap, giving your roots a blended look and allowing for a better root grow-out; however, it does not give a lived-in look. All results are dependent on your existing hair.

Pricing varies per artist and how much product is used. It can range from $170 to $250, not including the colour cost, an additional $15 to $40.

Timing: 2.5 hours

What is involved: Enlightener or any colour that lifts the hair. Foils application from nape to face frame. The roots are tapped with a toner, and a universal gloss is added from the roots to the ends. Foil time is limited.

Fashion Colours

Fashion colour is all about having fun with your hair. From soft pastels and subtle hints of colour to bold pinks, purples, blues and other vivid shades, every look is completely customized for you.

Fashion colours are temporary and typically last anywhere from one to six weeks. How long your colour lasts will depend on the shade chosen, the condition and porosity of your hair, how often you wash it and the products you use at home.

Two ways to apply

Lighten and apply

For the brightest and most vivid result, the hair is first lightened to create a clean canvas. Your chosen fashion colour is then applied over the lightened hair. This method creates the boldest, truest and most noticeable result.

Apply over your existing colour

Fashion colour can also be applied directly over your existing hair colour without lightening it first. The result will be softer, deeper and less vivid, and the existing colour of your hair will influence the final tone.

A consultation is recommended so your stylist can look at your current hair colour, discuss the result you are hoping for and determine which method will work best for you.

Cut and Style

At Heiress, a consultation and face analysis determine the ideal length, shape, and texture. The service includes a scalp-relief massage, Aveda shampoo and conditioning, precision cutting for your hair type, and a professional blow-dry with styling and finishing tips.

All Over Colour

All-over colour deposits pigment to deepen and enrich your current shade, adding shine without lightening. It darkens or maintains your hair’s level but cannot make hair lighter.

Blowout

Our one-hour Heiress Signature Blowout is created with a round brush to give your hair beautiful volume, movement and bounce. We use professional products chosen for your hair to help your style hold for two to three days.

Hot-tool styling is not included. For extra-long or thick hair, please add 15 minutes when booking.

Wash and Style

A classic Wash & Style designed for a simple, polished finish. This 45‑minute service includes a refreshing shampoo, light conditioning, and a classic style created with essential finishing tools such as a curling iron or flat iron. Perfect for guests wanting a soft, everyday look without the full blowout experience.

Deeply moisturizes and revives dull, dry hair with five times more hydration and up to twice the shine. A relaxing scalp massage and steamed towel help amplify nourishment, leaving your hair soft, smooth and beautifully refreshed.

Scalp Solutions Treatment
A deep scalp reset that removes buildup, reduces dryness and restores comfort. Ideal for irritation or imbalance, it helps create a healthier environment for beautiful hair from the root. Scalp Solutions products are also available for purchase so you can continue the soothing results at home.

As of 2026, a credit card is required to secure all appointments. If you miss your appointment without providing notice, 100% of the scheduled service total will be charged to the card on file. We will contact you before any charges are placed.

If you choose to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, 50% of your scheduled service total will be charged to the card on file.

Hair appointment cancellation is mandatory and must be done 48 hours in advance. Please call on a Friday to cancel your Tuesday appointments.
