At Heiress, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
To respect the time of our team and other guests, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Providing notice allows us the opportunity to offer your time to another guest.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
No‑shows will be charged 100% of the service.
We understand that life happens, please reach out as soon as possible if something comes up.
If we don't have your credit card on file, the cancellation charge will be added to your next service.
While we understand life can be unpredictable, arriving late to your appointment will impact our ability to serve you fully. If you arrive late we may need to shorten your appointment so as not to impact subsequent appointments.
If you're more than 15 minutes behind, it may be required to reschedule your appointment out of consideration for all our clients' schedules.
We suggest that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. This gives you time to find parking, settle in, and begin your visit feeling relaxed rather than rushed.
